Trade-In Policy
- No Cash Refunds: Trade-ins are only eligible for exchanges towards new devices or store credit. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.
- Exchange-Only Policy: Once you receive a valuation, you may use the trade-in value to reduce the cost of your new device. No cancellations or changes will be accepted after the trade-in is complete.
- No Cancellations After Finalization: Trade-ins cannot be canceled once completed. Please ensure that you are certain of your decision before proceeding.
- Uncollected Devices: If your trade-in or repaired device is not collected within 10 days of notification, it will be sold to cover incurred costs. You forfeit any claims to the device or its value after this period.
- No Guarantees on Screen Replacements: We do not guarantee the long-term performance of screen replacements. Issues resulting from screen replacements are not covered under warranty.
- Water-Damaged Devices: No guarantee is provided for water-damaged devices. While we will attempt to repair them, water damage can result in ongoing issues.
- Accessory Warranty: Accessories traded in, such as chargers, earphones, or cables, are not covered by any warranty. These items are traded on an “as is” basis.
- Trade-In Device Inspection: All devices will be inspected by our technicians. If undisclosed faults are found, the trade-in value will be adjusted accordingly.
- Devices Accepted for Trade-In: We accept iPhone models from iPhone 7 onwards. Devices older than iPhone 7 will not be eligible for trade-in.
Repair Policy
- Nationwide Repairs: We offer repair services nationwide. Once you contact us, you may courier your device to our location for inspection and repair.
- Device Inspection: Upon receiving your device, our technicians will perform a detailed inspection and provide you with a quote for the repair costs. Approval is required before we proceed with any repairs.
- Repair Process: After you approve the repair estimate, we will begin repairs. Once the repairs are completed, we will ship your device back to your address.
- No Warranty on Water Damage or Screens: Repairs for water-damaged devices or screen replacements are not covered by warranties. Due to the complexity of water damage and the fragility of screen replacements, we cannot guarantee the long-term performance of these repairs.
- Repair Timeline: The repair timeline will be communicated once the device is inspected. Timelines may vary based on the complexity of the repair.
- No Responsibility for Uncollected Devices: If repaired devices are not collected within 10 days of completion, they may be sold to cover repair costs.
- No Apple Security System Removal: We do not offer services related to bypassing or removing Apple security systems such as iCloud locks.
